Booking Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their reservations up to [X] days prior to the safari/check-in date.
    Notifying parties of cancellations must be done by email or official communication channels.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with the cancellation period:
    Over fifteen days ahead of time: Full refund (minus any processing fees)
    7–15 days in advance: 50% refund
    Less than 7 days: No refund

 No-Show Policy

  • The reservation will be considered a no-show and there won’t be a refund if a person doesn’t show up with advance notification.Rescheduling Safari
    Guests can reschedule their safari once, according to availability, without paying extra.
    Any further rescheduling may incur additional fees.
    Extraordinary Situations
    In the event of park closures, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions, refunds or rescheduling may be taken into consideration.
    Such circumstances may need to be proven.

 Refund Process
